The RLICC Staff members are proud to present the third version of the RLICC NewsLetter in a simple pdf-format, with a layout kept purposely low-key. We hope to receive constructive criticism on its contents, structure and presentation, so as to fine-tune this NewsLetter and hopefully arrive at a more definitive form.
